Privacy Act Compliance January 1st 2004 Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies to all Commercial Enterprises in Canada, as of January 1st 2004 we have been working with our staff to ensure that we are fully compliant with the rules and regulations that have been implemented by the Federal Government.
